Wanted: Frozen Deer Antler Velvet
We are currently buying whole young deer antler (cartilage with velvet) from red and whitetail deer, reindeer and caribou, moose and elk. Mature antler, made of bone, is not acceptable
Velvet antler must be whole, and may be aesthetically imperfect (broken or chipped). Velvet antler in powdered form is unacceptable. Material must be clean and free of all dirt and debris, including mold and fungus
Velvet antler should be fresh-frozen
Wanted: Dried Shrimp Shell or Crab Shell Chips
The shrimp or crab shells must have low protein content
Must be free of debris, rubber bands, wood chips, dirt, etc...
Must be in some sort of chip form, not powder form
Must have a moisture content under 12%
Wanted: Whole Dried Sea Cucumber
Presently, we prefer the smaller sized species of Sea Cucumber (Beche De Mer), such as Pink fish and Lolly
The whole Sea Cucumbers (Beche De Mer) must be completely free of dirt, debris and excess lime
The moisture content of the Sea Cucumbers (Beche De Mer) must be less than 12%
